What is the difference between dual motor and single motor of e-bike?

Single motor only drives the rear wheel, the motor power is smaller, suitable for urban as well as highway riding, dual motor front and rear work together, can output double the torque and power, accelerate more quickly, climb more easily, suitable for rugged mountainous field adventure.

How long does it take to recharge the battery?

We are equipped with super fast chargers, approximate charging time is about 4~6
hours

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to
arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details wil
be provided in your confirmation email.

I bought this bike mainly for outdoor exploration, and it has exceeded expectations. The battery range gives me confidence to ride farther without worrying too much about charging. The motors provide enough power for steep hills and rough terrain, while the suspension keeps the ride comfortable. It feels built for adventure rather than just commuting.

Many fast e-bikes sacrifice comfort, but the Q8 Plus balances both surprisingly well. It accelerates quickly and climbs hills easily, yet the suspension keeps the ride smooth and controlled. I’ve used it for both commuting and trail riding, and it performs well in both situations. It’s one of the most versatile e-bikes I’ve ridden.

After months of daily use, the Q8 Plus battery still maintains excellent capacity retention without fast power drain. The actual cruising range remains 80-100 miles stably, no obvious attenuation occurs. The built in battery management system protects cycle life very well, super dependable for long term daily use.
