Returns & Refunds Policy

Pre-Purchase Tip: Please confirm the product details before placing an order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our fast-responding customer service. Please pay special attention to the compatibility of accessories and batteries with your bike.


1.Unreceived Items - Cancellation and Return Rules

  • Before Shipping: If the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. Please note that if the carrier information says “not picked up” but the item has tracking information, the item is considered shipped. In this case, please refer to the “After Shipment” return policy.
  • Aftera Shipping: If you cancel or refuse an order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs (see fee schedule below), even for “free shipping” orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to intercept or cancel orders that have been processed and delivered to our warehouse. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Important Reminder:
    Please do not refuse packages of accessories or batteries as these items will be destroyed and no refunds will be issued.


2. Items Received - Return Rules

Important Reminder:
Upon receipt of your package, please retain the original packaging and its contents for at least 30 days for repair or return. Otherwise, you may need to purchase your own packing materials.

Once the parts are shipped, no returns or exchanges will be accepted except for quality issues. If you have any questions, please contact customer service before placing an order: support@fengqs.com.

  • Items in original packaging:
    Return Period: 
    You may return your new bike within 30 days of receipt. Accessories and batteries can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
    Conditions: 
    Items must be in new condition and in the original unopened packaging.
    Shipping:
     You are responsible for return shipping costs (see cost chart below), which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Opened items:
    Reiurn Periods And Conditions: You may return an item if you wish to do so within 30 days of receipt and the odometer shows less than 20 miles. However, please note that this policy only applies to e-bikes and e-scooters. We do not accept returns of opened or used accessories or batteries.

Return Costs: We understand that sometimes your buying experience may not be exactly what you expected, especially if product details were overlooked. In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 30% depreciation charge, both of which will be deducted from your refund.

3. Orders with Discount Codes - Return Rules

For products purchased with a discount code, the refund amount will be reduced by the total discount value, whether you return one or more items.

4.Return Process

Important: To return an item, please contact support@fengqs.com and follow the steps below. No refunds will be issued for returns that do not follow this process.

  • Submit a request: Contact support@fengqs.com to begin the return process. Please provide video and photos of all packaging and merchandise.
  • Review Request: We will review your return request based on your order details and product condition.
  • Obtain a shipping label and return the item: We will provide you with a shipping label via email so that you can return the approved item. In some cases, you may need to arrange your own return shipping.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that refunds cannot be issued while the package is in transit.

5. Return Shipping Schedule

  • E-bikes:
    GT8PRO/GT9/Q8/Q8PLUS/H2/H6PRO Plus: $100 one way, $200 round trip
  • Accessories:
    Return shipping: 50% of item price ($10 minimum if less than $10)
