Starting with delivery; FAST. Really fast and communication with delivery was also superb.
The bike is sturdy and after just a bit easy to handle (first fatbike and maybe it's just me but I feel it handles a bit different from standard bikes).
The assembly also went relatively easy and the inclusion of necesssary tools had been a great help.
The controller is intuitive to operate, so all in all I am more than satisfied with the buy.
The one gripe I have would be.. The riser for the handlebar was a fixed model NOT the one depicted where you can change the angle. Instead there was a phone mount which wasn't mentioned anywhere as well as a bike lock.
Personally I would have prefered he depicted riser, but maybe that's just me.
Like I said though, I have absolutely nothing whine about the bike itself. Even though I sadly couldn't quite test it out as much as I wanted because its been raining constantly the last couple of days.
Absolutely love my Fengqs Q8 Plus 24 inch e-bike. It’s fast, extremely comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The power is impressive, the ride is smooth, and it handles great whether cruising or putting it to work.

The power delivery remains completely consistent from the first mile to the last, without any sudden voltage drops when tackling late-afternoon hills. FENGQS really delivered on their battery efficiency claims.

I am fairly new to the world of ebikes and did a good bit of research before purchasing the FENGQS Q8. The Q8 checks all my boxes and delivers tremendous bang for the buck! I am 6'3", about 220lbs and not every ebike can accomodate me but the Q8 is very comfortable. I really love my D3 Cruiser which I've put a couple of hundred miles on but the Q8 for me is more fun to ride and the battery seems to last forever. Assembly was very, very easy. I am not very knowledgeable about bikes in general and FENGQS must have had me in mind because it really is quick and easy to setup. Don't have many miles on it yet as it has been pouring here in socal but this will be my go to ebike for years to come.
