Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers all new electric bicycles for manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. If your electric bicycle meets our maintenance standards, we will repair it and cover all related parts, costs, and labour. If your electric bicycle requires repairs or parts that are not covered by the warranty, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you—usually, we can diagnose the problem and send you replacement parts for a fee. If your electric bicycle needs to be returned to the factory for repairs, we will work with you to minimise costs and effort.
1. We typically replace parts rather than repair them to minimise your waiting time.
2. We will replace any parts damaged during transportation. Transportation damage must be reported to FENGQS within 14 days of delivery. This policy applies to all products, including bicycles and accessories.
3. Whether you purchase through our official website, authorised offline stores, or official partner online platforms, you will receive the same warranty service.
4. Parts that meet the warranty conditions outlined on this page will be fully covered at no cost.
5. Parts not covered by the warranty may still be repaired/replaced, but fees will apply. For detailed fee information, please contact support@fengqs.com.
6. Additional costs incurred during repairs, such as alternative transportation, fuel, or carpooling expenses, are not covered by the warranty.
7. Warranty parts will be shipped via UPS First Class, FedEx Express, or DHL based on part size. Warranty parts do not offer expedited service.

What Qualifies for Warranty?
All conditions must be met simultaneously:
1. Products purchased from FENGQS's official store or authorized resellers; items bought through second-hand sales or from unauthorized sellers are not covered under warranty.
2. Product/component is within the warranty period (see the table below).
3. Manufacturing flaws and inherent product issues, like material defects, are covered under warranty.
4. The warranty card is present and matches the product.
What situations are not covered by the warranty?
- Chains, tyres, hubs, plastic components, inner tubes, battery handles, brake pads, cables and housings, grips, and spokes, etc.
2. Damaged cables or accessories with visible scratches or breaks.
3. Failures caused by improper use, such as:
- Failure to use, maintain, modify, or adjust the product in accordance with the user manual.
- Unauthorised disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Improper use or storage.
4. Damage caused by accidents.
5. Minor scratches or accessory damage incurred during transportation.
6. Repair costs incurred at unauthorised repair shops will not be covered.
What events or activities will void the warranty?
1. Exceeding weight or speed limits (please refer to the product specifications for your model's limits).
2. Exposing the electric bicycle or battery to environmental temperatures above 100°F or below 0°F for several hours.
3. Exposing the electric bicycle to flooding, storms, hail, or similar events.
4. Submerging our electric bicycle in any liquid medium.
5. Attempting to modify any electronic system programming.

How do I claim my warranty?
Products purchased from the FENGQS website
support@fengqs.com. Bicycles or parts returned without proper documentation may result in service delays or ineligibility for warranty coverage.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any product returned without prior approval will not be accepted or warranted.
3. If the customer service team confirms that there is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will send you new replacement parts.
4. Only one replacement part is provided during the warranty period.
Products purchased from our authorized dealers are eligible for the same warranty service, but must be processed through the dealer. For warranty service, please contact the platform or dealer from which you purchased the product.
