What is the difference between dual motor and single motor of e-bike?
Single motor only drives the rear wheel, the motor power is smaller, suitable for urban as well as highway riding, dual motor front and rear work together, can output double the torque and power, accelerate more quickly, climb more easily, suitable for rugged mountainous field adventure.
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
We are equipped with super fast chargers, approximate charging time is about 4~6
hours
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to
arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details wil
be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at
checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive

When my order ship and by which shipping carrier?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 workingdays normally. We
have Fedex Ground as the primary mode oftransportation.

The normal speed of our bikes is 15.5 mph, and we can go up to 28 mph with the
throttle.
