Dear Customer, thank you for choosing FENGQS. We are dedicated to providing you with high-performance electric bicycles and professional service. To ensure the fastest delivery, we operate local warehouses in both the United States and Europe.

1. Order Processing Time
At FENGQS, we understand you want your bicycle as soon as possible. We process and ship orders 7 days a week (including Saturdays and Sundays). Most orders are handled within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. For pre-order items, please refer to the timeline on the product page.
2. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only process cancellations BEFORE the shipping label is generated. Once the order has left our warehouse, the shipment cannot be canceled, and our Return Policy will apply upon delivery.
⚠️ Shipping Damage Claims
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged box and the unit sent to support@fengqs.com
3. Secure Delivery & Signature
Due to the high value of electric bicycles and lithium battery safety regulations, a signature is required for all deliveries. Carriers are instructed to obtain a signature and should not leave the package unattended at the doorstep.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- Riders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult when riding.
