It works perfectly and I love the ebike it's a great bike better than I could of imagined
Great bike with awesome power, looks really good with the matching colored rims. It feels so much more maneuverable with 24 inch wheels, I don’t know why mostly everyone’s only is doing only 26 inch
Im 5'6 living in NYC. I purchased this ebike on a budget with the intent to commute to work and save money on gas. Saeeing the specs of 6000 peak power, 60v20ah, 50+mph, and range from 80-120miles. My hopes dropped after i fully charged the battery, went for a test run, and to then battery die at 8-10mile range. Also, assembling the bike was some waht simple. The rear rack didnt fit correctly. I had to use brute strength to hold it in palce as my wife srewed the rack in. Ive reached out multiple times to FENGQS and havent received any response. Very disappointed 😞
I should have done more research. The step thru off road would have been best for me on rigged trails. I thought return would beeasier as advertised but I would lose too much. It has plenty power but top tube on frame positions 5'9 rider way too tall to touch ground or lower seat and pedal with knees high. I tipped over and hurt shoulder as couldnt touch ground when stopping. I need to sell and get the step thru. For smooth trails and roads it's really great. Holes on rear rack over 1" off and had to bend considerable to fit. I did not strip and mount holes but if you are not careful and properly aligned it is possible.
Starting with delivery; FAST. Really fast and communication with delivery was also superb.
The bike is sturdy and after just a bit easy to handle (first fatbike and maybe it's just me but I feel it handles a bit different from standard bikes).
The assembly also went relatively easy and the inclusion of necesssary tools had been a great help.
The controller is intuitive to operate, so all in all I am more than satisfied with the buy.
The one gripe I have would be.. The riser for the handlebar was a fixed model NOT the one depicted where you can change the angle. Instead there was a phone mount which wasn't mentioned anywhere as well as a bike lock.
Personally I would have prefered he depicted riser, but maybe that's just me.
Like I said though, I have absolutely nothing whine about the bike itself. Even though I sadly couldn't quite test it out as much as I wanted because its been raining constantly the last couple of days.
Absolutely love my Fengqs Q8 Plus 24 inch e-bike. It’s fast, extremely comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The power is impressive, the ride is smooth, and it handles great whether cruising or putting it to work.

I completed a massive 45-mile loop through a mix of sandy fire roads and paved city paths this weekend, using a lot of throttle-only riding, and still came home with two bars of battery left. The power delivery remains completely consistent from the first mile to the last, without any sudden voltage drops when tackling late-afternoon hills. FENGQS really delivered on their battery efficiency claims.
